From the reviews
The track is very slightly over a quarter mile, has an uphill grade towards the backstop, and is oddly shaped, but it's a nice track. The area is decently scenic, so it makes it better than the Shafter Flats track, but with its awkward shape and odd incline towards the start line and over a quarter…
Not bad. It's an asphalt quarter-mile track that surrounds a baseball field. The surface is mostly smooth. I'd give it a 7 out of 10. It's located on Tripler, so you'll need a military ID card to get on base. There are pull-up bars on the side of the track but not much else.

Rubberized quarter-mile track with pull-up and sit-up bars, plus a football field for sports.
