From the reviews
I prefer running on a track, as it is mindless, and this track is nice. The energy here is high and that helps motivate you while you run. Definitely, recommend people to run here. :)
Nice track with a brand new astro turf field. Lighting was also recently upgraded. It sits next to the Air Force flightline. So you will see planes takeoff and land while you're there. The aircraft can be a bit loud but nothing unbearable. It has a single water fountain with iron-flavored water.
Track is older than other tracks at military bases. The winds in the early morning or late afternoon some days could be killer on a run (15+ m.p.h.). They usually come in from the North. Overall, the track is decent. It has sit up bars (bring a mat!
…4 laps is a mile, they also have some pull up bars on the side and the bleachers have sit up bars
