Very nice track. It is open to the public most of the time. Sometimes if there is a team training on it or if there is some kind of event then you may not be allowed on, but that's only happened to me once out of probably over the 100 times I've ran on it.
Great place to walk or jog. Track is in great shape and 4 times around makes a mile!
I really enjoy walking the track i try to get there early before the sun sets cause there is no shade i walk 2 1/4 miles a day which is how long the track is. Its been a real convenient as to locations
