…Steam room <3, sauna, polar plunge, in locker room hottub, lap pool, & warmer lounge pool ( temp set accordingly for all ) I would definitely recommend checking it out! And the more active members the better advantages for members usually bc of the profit to loss ratio.
…The lap pool is what you expect, there is a leisure pool closed Tuesday and Thursday from 8-5 pm for rehabilitation for people who need physical therapy. There is a weight scale min each locker room. One thing I would like to see is an in-body composition analyzer scale.
…The indoor track is great too if you don't like treadmills.
