…The track area is a bit old and "dumpy" looking area BUT very suitable for the athletic work being done with in it's walls and ventilation is great for such an older looking place.
…Different classes like, zumba, turbo kick, F45 Training, cycle fit, judo,many indoor games, gymnasium with a great track. You can even purchase stuff from here, like tennis balls, and others, swimming equipment Etc. Etc.
…The indoor track is large. It even has an electronic gaming center. So much stuff I didn't see
…Indoor running tracks ,Swimming pool , Table tennis , Volleyball, Gym, Squash, Tennis and Pickle ball courts are also available and the staff are always welcoming.
