…They have free weights, machines, and all kinds of options for cardio-including an indoor track. They also have a rock climbing wall that is available to kids and adults!! My kids LOVE coming to the childcare area-that is FREE with your annual membership!!
…There is a large upstairs exercise section with a track going around it. Signs posted say 10 laps = 1 mile. Water fountains and restrooms available
…The indoor jogging track is well designed so it doesn't get boring after you have been using it for several days. Exercise nooks along the track is a brilliant use of space. Indoor rock climbing wall with ~5 routes that they change up on a regular basis. Automatic belay(sp?) system.
