Of a few running tracks that I have ran on in the Bay Area, this has been a decent one and the least trafficky. This track is in West Valley College alongside a bunch of tennis courts.
Wonderful and friendly track and atmosphere for runners to joggers to walkers, from West Valley students to community members, adults and children.
