They have an indoor walking track. Their exercise room is small but adequate with plenty of open elliptical and treadmill type equipment. Yoga classes are excellent. Also have preschool classes for young children.
…Gym/weight room with lots of new workout equipment, indoor running track, two basketball courts, two racquetball courts, large locker rooms, stretching area, multiple TV's, music, lots of free parking. Staff has always been very helpful and nice.
…Basketball courts, racquetball courts, an indoor walking track, weight and cardio room, and they offer fitness classes. You can play Wallyball in the racquetball courts here too. Super fun!
