Skating at the Olympic Oval was a lot of fun. My kids didn't want to leave. People of all ages were skating and it wasn't too crowded. We were there on a Saturday from 2-4 PM. Skate rental is $4.50 and admission is $5-6 depending on your age. They have skates size youth 6 to adult 15.
…There’s a track that runs around the entire gym area and the Olympic rink is just a small portion of it— yeah, this place is huge!
The Olympic Oval has a little bit of everything. On a Friday night it's packed with people ice skating around the big oval. It appears to be an awesome family activity with everyone skating and holding hands.
…The oval is very expansive and I liked how they had padded sides so if you fall/crash into you won’t get hurt. Kid friendly, I didn’t see any of the crutches/slidy things to help kids. I believe there are helmets you can ask for.
