Fun indoor track meet - the 42nd Gene Armer Indoor Invitational Tack Meet at University of Illinois.
This is a great place to work out. I have run around this track many times before, and I still enjoy doing it. The host track meets here which are interesting to watch. The track meets have really competitive athletes and some of them are ranked at the top of the nation.
Very fantastic indoor track and field facilities! Free for students with i-card, and $3 fee for the general public. The armory offers drone flying sessions for UIUC students and the general public on select Saturday nights.
Much nicer to run on a soft 200m track than the ninety-degree-corner track at the gym. And the price is right especially if you get a 3 month or annual pass.
