I have begun training with Brad Vaccaro at Ultimate Track. Brad quickly understood my needs through questioning and observing initial training. He has developed a plan for me to achieve my goals. We are now in the process of executing the plan.
My daughter runs track and has been training with Brad for several months now. He works with her on technique and training and she looks forward to the sessions. He’s also a great coach and motivator, definitely recommend! 😀
