Clean, multi-lane, well-kept track and field located on the campus of St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley with lighting, security cameras, and plenty of parking for all.
Walking on soft track. Easy on feet, and knees. Listening to Pandora Gospel through ear plugs. Peaceful, tranquil, release stress, anxiety, BP, helps with sleeping soundly, get out doors into fresh air
