…5 mile distance a lot more interesting than running a normal 1/4 mile track. It receives some unfair criticism. Getting lost? Just stay in your lane and you'll end up where you started 1.5 miles ago. The track never crosses itself and there are no intersections to get confused at.
Learn to ride a motorcycle there and run on the track. Multi-tasking at its best
