From the reviews
Great place to run laps and workout outside. Very limited shade, but that's everywhere on Fort Bliss. I usually come to practice my leg tuck/pullups on the bars next to the track.
…Sometimes I go there to run around the track to improve my running pace for the ACFT. 👍
It's a track and soccer field. There are no frills to it but the track material is new and easy to run on and the turf is in good shape. Doesn't seem too busy so you won't feel crowded on a run.
…If you love running on a track, it’s also a great place to show your speed or improve on your pace.
