…You can run the track or go to the stands and run the stairs, they're tall enough to make it worth your time for moderate to beginners. It's also in a very safe part of town.

Pretty good, I had my first track event this year and I didn't do good but at least I enjoyed it kind of. Lots of seats at the bleachers and plenty of grass fields and we'll conditioned football field
Nice stadium with a nice track. Good amount of parking so you don’t have to worry about parking in the neighborhood. There are shot put and discuss rings as well. Not sure if you can visit at any time but there are weekly meets that are very affordable and fun to go here.
