“Public restrooms, many picnic tables with BBQs shaded under trees, a huge grassy area for soccer and other sports.”
What runners highlight
“Even though it sits close to busy roads and growing neighborhoods, the area still feels quiet and connected to the past.”
“It's been very crowded both weekends we've gone, but there is ample room and several different areas with benches and tables for family's to spread out and do their own thing.”
From the reviews
…People are friendly and most wear masks when not running around the track. This park has been continuously getting upgrades to the play area for our little minions, has a community garden and the soccer field is perfect for playing fetch with our four legged friends.
…And the track is 1/2 a mile and you can pretty much see the whole circumference so it feels safe, especially if you have others with you. Sometimes you'll see squirrels and deer while walking..... highly recommend!
…There's soccer fields, a sand volleyball court, a great big playground, walking/running track, amongst several other notable structures such as covered pavilions, picnic benches, and grilling stands. Our only real complaint is that it could maybe be kept a little cleaner.
