Clean, not so crowded, and the track surface is in okay condition. It's open to the community everyday except holidays where they lock up the entrance.
…Now, the field has been leveled even, field turf has been installed, a nicely surfaced track encompasses the field, and a large set of permanent stands have been put in. A few amenities are still missing though.
First-class publicly accessible professional-grade track -- for free! Bleachers for taking a break, too. ;-)
Great track! Fun to run on and clean. Good rules but obviously not opened all the times.
