From the reviews
…It’s a very big and decent facility with various activities such as the fitness center, indoor track, gymnastics and athletic fields. I haven’t used the pool yet but I still highly recommend.
I visited the Prince George's Sport Complex to run in Potomac Valley Masters Track and Field Championships. It was an extremely nice experience. People were very friendly and helpful and the facility was wonderful. Track surface was very good and reasonably fast and comfortable to run on.
This place is amazing. Track section big enough to host a track and field event. Olympic size pool (currently under rehab). Family pool for, of course, families but also has room to do laps if you are considerate. Meeting rooms for events, of course $ for the reservation. Nominal entry fee.
