The coaching staff at PAU has been instrumental in my child's development, physically on the track and mentally. I highly recommend this track club.

My son discovered track and his love of sprinting his senior year in high school. That summer, before he left for college, we enrolled him in Coach Woot’s summer program. He learned so much that summer and was extremely dedicated to improving his sprint technique.

PA United is where you want to be if you're looking to 'up' your track game. The coaches are highly knowledgeable and do a great job at motivating their athletes. Over the six months she has been working with Coach Woot, my daughter has continued to improve her PRs in jumps and sprints.
