I didn't actually visit the track, I took my kids to Huron Valley Community annual trick or trucks event for the 3rd year in a row. It's was awesome as usual and my 2 and 3 year old loved it.
Came here for a football game, facilities were very nice and would definitely come back if the track was open for walking.
