From the reviews
Used the dirt track for a 200-meter sprint workout; it works, was a gorgeous day and track was dry. But it's sad to see the track not kept up at all, ruts and weeds in many places. I felt safe, didn't see any homeless.
It’s good for a public track, located in a nice area. Went running here while it was raining and it wasn’t too bad.
