Great rates, excellent gym floor with multiple courts for basketball and other sports, a fine 2nd-story circular walk / run track, clean restrooms and locker rooms and attentive staff. I wouldn't mind it if the hours were longer, but current hours are okay.
Great place to use the free indoor track during the winter time. As well if your kids are signed up for Carson City basketball. The courts are perfect size for the kids to use them. They have bleachers for parents to sit and watch.
