From the reviews
Great session on the track this evening. Together with lots of other people, old & young, walkers & runners. Super atmosphere! There are also a lot of stairs here so you can work on those glutez.
Good Track... Open to the public most times, with classes using it concurrently. Occasionally closed due to games being played or some such, but, usually open. Rubberized track is good on the joints. Free parking across the street for 90 minutes.
This is a rubber track so it is less impact on all your joints. There is a tire-turf football field with an electronic scoreboard. Long jumping sand pits, and a cross-training weight area. Two bathrooms, one lower-field level and one above the grandstands.
