From the reviews
A big park! Basketball, tennis, track, and soccer! Also the community center nearby has a gym! Alongside the track they have outdoor bars and squat equipment you can use. Bathrooms are available and have working locks and look like they are cleaned up nicely most of the time.
…Also a nice running track.
Parking is limited but there are tennis courts, basketball courts, track, and turf field. Bathrooms are typically open and decently clean.
…There's a field you can play soccer/rugby/football near by and a track circling it. My son enjoyed riding his scooter there. There is construction in the front so just ride around and you'll see field and courts.
