Fantastic little spot for running quarter mile increments, taking PT tests, and general army tasks. The artificial turf is soft on your back for the sit up event, but running in eight consecutive circles can get a little mundane.
I've never been able to go to a track freely where I can run whenever I'd like. I mostly go around lunch time and I love how quiet it is. I take my kiddos and they have a blast. I appreciate all the people who are patient with my kids when they just do their thing so I'm able to go around the track.
The track is a little worn down and could use a new coating but otherwise the facilities are great for sports events.
Nice track on post, gate has always been open when I go, unlike other installations.
