The FLC track is an outstanding community resource. Their policy of open access is rare in this day and age, and the staff does a great job with upkeep and maintaining everything in good condition. This is probably the best, and most reliably available, track facility in the Sacramento area.
The track and tennis courts are open to the public when not used by the school. Free use. The track is cushioned. Oh so nice on the ole arches. The courts have lights which can be turned on at night, no charge. Some courts even have pickleball strips. At the court entry, a schedule is posted.
