…It has a good walking or running track that’s indoors also. After that you could even go for a good swim in the indoor pool. They have a lot of neat activities going on year round for all ages from kids to adults.
Staff are always professional friendly love working out here plenty of machines to utilize there's a pool for aqua exercises a large track to run/walk bathrooms showers always stocked and clean it's where I signed up for "Silver Sneakers" through my Medicare insurance plan.
…The walking track, in the second floor, above the gymnasium allows for all levels of walking and/or running. It is three average sized adults wide. Off to the side of the track, on the front leg, there are more exercise equipment.
…Something for everyone here -- swimming, ball courts, a walking track, weight room, classes, and rooms available to rent. We enjoy many activities here and have rented the rooms for birthday and pool parties.
