…He has put together a great program that teaches young kids basic skills that they will not only benefit from in track but also other sports. I highly recommend this program if you have a little one. My son has come to really enjoy track.
As a child I have competed in track and field from second grade through college as a NCAA D2 athlete. My formative years as an athlete the love of the sport was instilled in me and was what made me successful later on.
I absolutely love dreadhead track. Coach Kenny does such a great job with this program every year. This program is a fantastic was for the kids to get out and have some fun.
