We started walking the track again 3 weeks ago and it's alot easier on my knees than walking on sidewalks and streets (bone knees are bone on bone with a 3rd set of gel shots due late June ) .
Great local track for walking and jogging. There is parking in the lot or on the street. The track is also lit for evening walks.
DeMuro Park is a great track to walk or run on. It is a quiet area for a peaceful experience. There are small groups of people who walk daily from early morning to evening. There is a playground attached to the grounds for the little ones to play on.
Great local track, gate is always open to use it. I’ve come at 5am and I’ve come late at night, they keep the lights on pretty late and they’re on very early in the morning.
