From the reviews
…First, I love the walking track. 3 1/2 laps is equal to 1 mile, so every 4th lap is a bonus! I also love the exercise area where you can do pull-ups, dips, flips, sit-ups, etc. There are also stations all along the walking path for specific exercises, but they are geared more for the elderly.
…BTW, 1 lap is about 0.27 miles and 4 laps around would be about 1.08 miles long. There is a nice little bathroom, baseball field, lots of exercising places meant mostly for the elderly and disabled. There is a jungle gym and a playground that lots of kids play in.
