Come here all the time to run, depending on the time of day and year (basketball & volleyball season) the track can be crowded with spectators having no spatial awareness, depth perception, or reaction time. *gasp* a runner? on the running track? how surprising!
Great place to get in shape or stay fit. Indoor walking track if you just want to walk. There is a basket court and several other sport activities available here. Great for seniors with disabilities or just to stay active.
…4 full court multi use courts, and indoor walking track along with weights and aerobic equipment are available. Other rooms for exercise classes and senior activities are available. The facility is kept clean. Front desk management is efficient and friendly.
…They have an indoor walking track, weights, racket ball. The court lighting could be slightly better. Overall, a fantastic facility that offers aot and is well staffed.
