Indoor (dome) walking track is great for the winter. (And free!) Went with my stroller many times.
…They have an indoor track that is almost 1/4 mile in length. It’s slightly warmer than it used to be outside, so you’ll still want to wear your winter gear while you’re walking. The small reception area with tables and restrooms is heated, for quick breaks to warm up before hitting the track again.
Check their schedule for when it's open for walking / playing on the field - having an indoor track in 0°weather is great... it was about 35 - 40°F inside, so dress in layers. There's a coat rack for when you get warm after walking for a bit!
