…Nice spacious gym with good lifting equipment and an indoor track. The staff are friendly and helpful. The little cafe has persnickety hours but the food is simple and good when it's open.
…They have a world class gym with a running/walking track on 2nd floor, 2 racquetball courts, 2 basketball courts, a hot tub, play room with a TV, ping pong table, snooker, air hockey and gaming consoles, rock climbing inside the building. An adult pool with two slides and a kids pool.
Great place, nice facilities and staff, the gym itself is pretty well equipped, lots of free weights and machine, and having an indoor running track is always a plus in my book.
