What runners highlight
From the reviews
Good track for jogging, walking, running, or sprinting. There are always plenty of people around to make you feel safe, but never so many that it feels crowded. I normally go in the morning time, but there maybe activities like flag football or soccer taking place in the evening that may limit use.
Small city athletic stadium with 400m long track (8 lanes) and a football training ground. The stadium is very well maintained including toilets, the stadium manager is always present during opening hours (daily from 7 AM to 9 PM.). There is also a small grandstand and few benches for sitting.
The track is in great condition, I had a amazing work out here, highly recommend this place if you are looking to get away from running the streets or if you are looking to work on speed.
For a public track facility it is very nice. Some parts are wearing down, but it is in better condition than most high school tracks. It was wonderful to be able to have a place to work out, in a safe and friendly environment. The recreation building and lots of other wreck facilities are adjacent.
